Warum ein Z-Profil aus Rohstahl wählen?

Das Z-Profil aus Rohstahl, oder Führungsschiene, ist ein Präzisionsprofil zur Erstellung von Laufschienen oder Halterahmen. Seine Geometrie ermöglicht das stabile Einsetzen und Gleiten von Paneelen, Glas oder anderen Bauteilen.

Führung und struktureller Halt

Dieses Profil ist unverzichtbar für die Herstellung von Schiebetürschienen, Industriefensterrahmen oder Regalsystemen. Seine Robustheit garantiert einen festen und dauerhaften Halt, auch bei wiederholter Belastung.

Anwendung & Finish

Rohstahl ermöglicht sehr widerstandsfähige Schweißverbindungen. Für ein reibungsloses Gleiten empfehlen wir, die Innenseite des Profils zu schmieren. Wie bei jedem Rohstahl wird ein Korrosionsschutz (Farbe oder Lack) für feuchte Umgebungen empfohlen.
